🌱 half an avocado
🌱a cup of frozen blueberries
🌱a cup of frozen raspberries
🌱a tablespoon of acai powder
🌱1 or 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder or nibs
🌱at least half a cup of coconut (I used dried grated coconut)
🌱some real vanilla
🌱a bit of cinnamon
🌱2 pitted dates
🌱as much plant mylk as you like (I like rice milk, rice-coconut milk, coconut milk, or oat milk, for instance) or coconut water
I blended the ingredients in my Vitamix, poured the finished smoothie into a bowl, put sliced banana and cashews on top, and sprinkled it all with matcha tea powder.
It was delicious.
And while I was savoring this acai-cacao bowl, I worked on a course on tenses that I have been building. The booklet accompanying my course is already done, as you can see in the photo.
